Refund & Return Policy for Midnight Manufacturing
At Midnight Manufacturing, we take pride in offering high-quality performance car parts for automotive enthusiasts. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.
No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been purchased. Please ensure that you are confident in your purchase before completing your order.
Fitment Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the parts purchased are compatible with their vehicle. We strongly recommend that you verify part fitment before placing an order. Fitment can vary depending on the make, model, year, and modifications of your vehicle.

Customer Responsibility: Ensure that the parts are correct for your vehicle by consulting with a professional mechanic or referring to manufacturer specifications. If you are unsure about fitment, please reach out to us before purchasing, and we will do our best to assist.

No Responsibility for Fitment Issues: Midnight Manufacturing does not accept liability for parts that do not fit or are incompatible with your vehicle. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges based on fitment errors.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately within 5 business days of receiving your order. We may require photos or other documentation to process any claims. Defective or damaged items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and we will determine if a replacement is possible.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as all products are built to order and production begins immediately after your order is received. Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or changes to orders after they have been processed.
Exception – Tariff-Related Cancellations:
Effective April 5, 2025, in response to the implementation of import tariffs under the Trump administration, Midnight Manufacturing reserves the right to cancel any order impacted by such tariffs prior to shipment. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Additionally, customers may cancel and receive a full refund for any affected order that has not yet shipped, provided a written cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours of notification. This exception applies exclusively to orders materially affected by newly introduced or increased tariffs on imported goods that alter product pricing, availability, or delivery timelines.
Order Issues or Discrepancies
If you notice any discrepancies with your order, such as missing items or incorrect parts, please contact us immediately. We will review the situation and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you choose to return an item or request an exchange (which we do not allow), you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. Shipping charges for returned or exchanged items will not be refunded under any circumstances.
